being part of a mission-driven team at O’Leary & Anick. Working in nonprofit accounting allows me to use my skills in a meaningful way, helping organizations that are making a difference in our community. I also appreciate the collaborative environment at O’Leary & Anick along with the opportunity to continually learn and grow in my role.

In my role, I take pride in…
leveraging my previous experience where I helped to implement a more organized and efficient purchasing and processing system while obtaining a previous accounts specialist position with a local school district. I played a key role in developing a structure that improved workflows in the business office, making day-to-day operations smoother and more consistent for the entire team. It was very rewarding to see the positive impact that change had on both staff and overall efficiency.

I like to spend my free time…
with my husband and our three amazing kids. They’re very active in sports, so much of our time is spent cheering them on at games and competitions. We also enjoy relaxing at our lakehouse whenever we can – it’s our favorite place to unwind and connect as a family.
