MEET KEVIN & ALLYSON O’LEARY

Kevin’s first job out of college consisted of auditing nonprofits served by Anick & Associates, which was founded by Jack and Linda Anick in 1981. Kevin enjoyed working with the staff at Anick & Associates and found the quality of work, communication, and processes to be strong, making his job as an auditor easier. Kevin left public accounting to join a growing medical device company as an integral part of its growth, as well as its sale and integration into another US subsidiary in Milwaukee. However, his passions were always in the nonprofit community, so when Kevin, Jack, and Linda met to discuss opportunities to partner, it quickly became apparent that Kevin could be a valuable addition to the team as CEO and a potential successor to the firm. Kevin enjoyed learning from Jack, Linda, and the remarkable staff in place, and in January 2018, Kevin and Ally became the sole owners of the firm.

Ally started her career working in disability services agencies. Her passion for serving individuals with cognitive disabilities led her to oversee an extensive workforce development program – Project SEARCH – while working for Easterseals of Southeast Wisconsin. In 2023, Ally joined the O’Leary & Anick team and managed its internal operations while bringing her network, experience, and commitment to the nonprofit community. Kevin and Ally live in Muskego with their two daughters, Camryn and Kenzie, and together, they enjoy staying active, kids’ sporting activities, hosting for family and friends, and spending time as a family.  Kevin and Ally look forward to a continued commitment to bettering the nonprofit community.
